I have been a huge racing fan since I saw the blue colors of Richard Petty, the red and white colors Wood Brothers Machine, or hearing about drivers nicknamed ” Big Daddy “, “The Snake,” “Cha Cha” on television, and blown away at my first live race event watching the World of Outlaws. My passion continued with opportunities like announcing races at Sheyenne River Speedway , Red River Valley Speedway as well as other tracks, doing various mud runs and tractor pulls, plus I still announce for a Regional Modified Racing Series based in South Dakota that visit tracks in the upper Midwest.. Now I get to talk about racing on my radio race show called Hot Laps. On Hot Laps, we talk about the area racing scene by passing along results, and talking with drivers, promoters, track and car owners, and fans. Plus, I get the thrill of talking with my favorite legends…Bobby Allison, Bobby Unser, Junior Johnson, “Big Daddy” Don Gartlis, Shirley “Cha Cha”, and known as the “The Lady in Pink and Huntress ” Muldowney. I love racing and love talking about it!
